Our Story

Creative Director Edward Guski and CEO Ted Saad launched ed.it ny in 2016. Before creating ed.it ny Edward worked extensively in fashion at Bergdorf Goodman, Marc Jacobs, Prada, Barneys, and Jil Sander in New York City. Ted brings his award-winning talents as a television director, producer, and entrepreneur to the brand. The two travel the globe to source rare and high-quality fabrics for the collection, but beyond the elevated sensibility and exceptional materials, what truly makes an ed.it ny garment is the woman who will eventually be wearing it.
Catering to a diverse clientele, the line has become known for its unique and versatile silhouettes. The style is timeless, appealing to a sensibility at once youthful and classic. The exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail are on par with European couture, and each garment is designed in dialogue with the client. Edward & Ted build lasting relationships with their clients, getting to know each woman, her tastes, style, and what she values and appreciates. The results of this process are heirloom garments that not only fit perfectly, but become milestone markers in a well-curated wardrobe.
Available exclusively at trunk shows and in specialty boutiques throughout the USA including Northeast Harbor, Newport, Palm Beach, Cleveland, and Santa Barbara.
